Yeah, that ol' heat-up-the-dog's-bed-in-the-microwave-until-it-catches-fire is a familiar tale. I've lost track of the number of dogs' beds and microwaves I've had to replace after doing just that. Of course, I also light fires in my sofa cushions to keep my coffee cup warm, cook rice in the bathtub and go sit in the refrigerator on the shelf next to the lettuce when it gets too hot to be outside.

Okay, that's just disturbing. The university I did my undergrad degree at had both an old elementary school and an old high school. The elementary school was kind of neat, only about 8 rooms in the whole building and they were huge, but drafty. the high school? It was built during the Depression and had really high cielings and extra nooks and crannies and the bathrooms? Scaries places on earth. lol. but no dog beds on fire.

I'm assuming there was no dog in the bed.

Okay, that did it... I want to party with *you,* cowgirl... the only thing they set on fire in my place of business is popcorn. Oklahome folks are so cool... I'm so jealous.
