Grrr...you had to ask, didn't you? :) Actually, it's not that big a deal. My mom used to teach Step aerobics, and my dad's company actually made the Step for Reebok for a while. When I was a senior in high school (and captain of the cheerleading squad, sadly enough), my dad's company donated 20 or 25 of the things to the school, and my mom would come Step aerobicize us sometimes in lieu of practice (or before practice, as the case may be). From time to time when my mom couldn't come (um, yeah...this was more often than not) I would step (ha!) in in her place. I don't remember if I was any good at it or not, but I do remember taking up at least 30 minutes or so leading my cheerleaders in what may or may not have been correct Step positions. I bet they hated me...
